Refunds & Returns
The Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all products purchased from Latest Thing, subject to the following conditions:
1. General Returns:
1.1 Intact Condition:
Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
2. Returns for Delivered Products:
2.1 Changes in Size/Color/Type:
You may request changes in size, color, or type of the product within 14 days from the day it was delivered to you.
2.2 Process for Exchange:
To proceed with an exchange, we will arrange with sending the new product at a cost of EUR 5 payable by cash on delivery. You are required to hand over the product for return to the same distributor who is responsible for the delivery of the replacement.
2.3 Condition of Returned Product:
Please ensure that the returned product is in the same condition as you received it, including its original packaging and must be unused. We do not accept returns or changes for items that have been washed, used, or lack proper packaging.
3. Returns for Store Pickup Orders:
3.1 Changes in Size/Color/Type:
You may request changes in size, color, or type of the product within 14 days from the day it was collected.
3.2 Condition of Returned Products:
Please ensure that the returned product is in the same condition as you received it, including its original packaging and must be unused. We do not accept returns or changes for items that have been washed, used, or lack proper packaging.
4. Defective Products:

If you receive a defective product, you may return it within 14 days from the day you received your order.
4.2 Return Process:
To initiate a return for a defective product, please include the purchase receipt in the package.

5.1 Refund Process:
If you prefer a refund instead of a product replacement, it generally takes 5-10 working days from the day we receive your request to process the refund amount to your card or bank account.
